No parties, loud gatherings, or unregistered guests.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (Resort strictly enforces this).
Up to 2 dogs are welcome with prior approval.
Only dogs included in the reservation are allowed on the premises.
Please keep dogs off furniture and beds — bring a pet blanket or bed if needed.
Crate dogs if left unattended in the cabin.
Pick up after your pets immediately and dispose of waste properly.
Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside and not in a designated fenced yard or designated dog park per resort rules.
Please wipe muddy paws before coming inside (towels provided near entry).
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.
Fire pit use allowed in designated areas only.
Never leave fires unattended. Fully extinguish before leaving or sleeping.
Do not burn trash or wet wood.
Turn off grill propane tank when not in use
Wipe down the grill and clean grates after use.
When the grill is fully cooled down, cover it and put away.
Shower before entering; no lotions, oils, or glassware in or around the tub.
Replace the cover securely after each use.
Children must be supervised.
If the hot tub requires draining due to misuse, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
Coosawattee River Resort has deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife
Obey resort gate and amenity rules (passes required).
Respect neighbors’ privacy and resort speed limits.
No smoking or vaping inside the cabin.
No fireworks or firearms on property.
Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them.
